1. What we collect

MomoClipper collects the minimum information needed to operate:

Account information — your name and email address used to sign in.
OAuth tokens — access and refresh tokens for YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram accounts you connect. These are stored encrypted and used only to publish content on your behalf.
Video content — source clips imported from Twitch or Kick, along with generated transcripts, rendered videos, and cover images produced during the workflow.

2. How we use it

All data is used exclusively to operate the clip workflow: importing, processing, and publishing your content to the platforms you select. No data is sold, shared with third parties for advertising, or used for any purpose beyond what you initiate.

3. Third-party services

MomoClipper interacts with the following external services on your behalf:

Twitch and Kick (clip import)
YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram (publishing)
OpenAI Whisper (transcription, run locally)

Each platform's own privacy policy governs the data they receive when you publish through MomoClipper.

4. Data storage

All data is stored on a private server. Video files and attachments are stored in local disk storage. OAuth tokens are stored in an encrypted SQLite database. No data is stored in third-party cloud services beyond what is necessary to publish to the platforms listed above.

5. Data retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by contacting the operator.
