Publishing to YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram is subject to each platform's own terms of service. You are responsible for complying with those terms. MomoClipper is not affiliated with any of these platforms.

4. No warranty

MomoClipper is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. The operator makes no guarantees regarding uptime, data retention, or fitness for any particular purpose.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
